How to Set Your Returns Configurations

As part of setting up your Try Before You Buy program, you will be required to set your Return Configurations.

You can complete this task by going to the second page of the Blackcart App onboarding wizard within your Shopify Admin.  

There are two required fields:

1. Return Portal URL: This URL will be included in all Blackcart email notifications sent to customers throughout the trial period. Add your existing Returns URL to direct customers to initiate a return for their Try Before You Buy item(s).
2. Customer Support Email or Website: This information will be included in all Blackcart email notifications sent to customers throughout the trial period. Set an email for customers with any questions regarding their Try Before You Buy orders. 

Once you complete these fields you'll be able to click "Save & Continue". Note that these fields can be updated at any time from your main Blackcart App dashboard.
